For Joshuas Birthday we went to Key Biscayne. It's a small beautiful island. We went for the day. The weather was great. We all got our first sun burns. Gabe and Kyndra are the worst. But the rest of us are okay. And of course David is red, like always. We still had to cover him up with the towels. Wimp. I hope he gets somewhat of a tan eventually. We saw an awesome lighthouse, the kids over 8 could go up to the top. They said it was very windy and really cool. They counted the stairs and there was 110 stairs. Of course, Gabe, Micheal and I stayed below. David was able to get some great views of the beach and of Miami. We thought Andy would love this picture. He was in our thoughts this day.

Father like son.Micheal is not sure of the ocean yet. He's a little scared of the sharks. They both kept covered and enjoyed the sun.

I love Key Biscayne... I'm so glad you are enjoying all that FL has to offer and seeing the sights... wish you could have come to the Key a week earlier though... I was there for a shop!!!
where is key biscayne? it sounds like a fun place. you'll keep us busy finding all these places to go! that was fun running into you guys yesterday. the girls sure had fun with kyndra.
