What are we up 2 now

Since I haven't updated for a long while here is what we are doing.
Sorry I don't have pictures at this time but they will be coming soon. I hope I don't bore you.

David- He is now serving as the Ward Mission leader for our church. . Since we have been married he as been in the Young Mens program. So this is new calling for him. He's is enjoying working with the missionaries. They call him every night around 9pm. to let him know of any updates and if there's any good news. He is to work hard to the help the company to continue to grow. I think he's doing a great job. He's getting more and more referrals. And enjoying the people he works with. David is a wonderful husband and father. With his new work schedule we see him a lot more. I'm so blessed to have him around and I'm thankful of how well he takes care of us all.

Jennifer- I just got called back into primary as the Valiant 11 teacher, which makes me Kyndra teacher. I have about 9 kids.. They are all pretty good for the most part. I'm glad to be back in primary again. Isabella comes with me during singing and sharing time and is enjoying too.
About the second week we were here David and I were looking for a Gym to join. Since we don't have the sunshine year around. Well , we did found the only one here. We gave it a look and I was asked if I was a Certified Trainer. Said Yes, And a week later was hired on. They knew of my limited time. So we gave it a try. I have been working for Wilsons Total Fitness for almost 5 months now . I work 2 days, Tues. and thurs. morning 9 am- 1 pm. Michael and Isabella are able to be with me in their child care center. They are enjoying it. It's nice for them to get out and play with other kids. I am now working on getting my own group fitness class. I've been teaching classes for the last 2 wks. It's a lot of fun . I also get a workout and get paid. I have truly enjoyed every minute of it. It's such a great feeling to know you are helping people better their lifes and even save them. I have also able to share my testimony on how important it is to obey and keep the word of wisdom.

Joshua- Now 13. We have a teenager in the house. He's awesome young man. He is loved my all he is in contact with. He has began a natural leader. He is the secretary of his Quorum. He had surgery on his knee this past month. And is recovery well, but still has to take it easy for a year. No jumping, running , or fast movements side to side. So we are taking this time to work on getting his Eagle for the Scouting program and to improve his skills on the piano. He's not enjoying that much, but he will thank his parents later. And for fun ,he's working on getting stronger by working on his muscles. (push-up, pull-ups, and lots and lots of sit-ups.)

Kyndra- Now 11, turning 12 is July. She is a huge help. She is Isabella second mom. She has changed the worse diapers and can watch her all day. She is doing very well in school and she was the student of the month for Feb. for all of sixth grade. We are so proud of her. She keeps us all in line. Twice a week Kyndra and Hailee, Gabe and Michael are doing Taekwondo. She is not liking it, But it has been good exercises. They just passed to yellow belts. Kyndra has been meet some great friends. For some reason, she loves to ride the bus to and from school. What a good girl.

Hailee- Now 10. She is also a huge help. But does NOT like to hear Bella cry so she is always to her rescue. She is doing much better in school and of course has lots of friends. She was also awarded with the student to look up too. For being a good example. Hailee is a busy girl is also in soccer and has games once or twice a wk. She loves to run and is a good player. She just got award for being the fastest runner in her grade. She continues to be happy and is full of life.

Gabe- Now 7. He is such a great helper to David and is also by his side. Every morning around 7:30am. gets Bella out of bed and plays with her until be get up. He says, that's his job. He's loves playing with her. He does NOT like it when she cries. He is also in taekwondo. He has no interest in playing any sports. So this is good for him. He loves his car and trucks. He is doing good in school. Gabe and Hailee are attending summer school.

***All the kids are ready to be done with school, They only have a few weeks left. They get out the third wk of May.

Michael- Now 5. He will be going to kindergarten this fall. He's still my tag along. He's so loving and has a funny sense of humor. He is very good at taekwondo. He can do middle splits and can kick super high. I guess he takes after his mother... He is very smart and can count to 30 and he know all of his ABC'c and numbers to 20. He's ready for school.

Isabella- 9 mos. She's is so fun and is always smiling. She now has 6 teeth. With all the help around here. she has become lazy, Or content. She can only roll from back to tummy, not tummy to back, so when she cries at night I have to flip her over and she goes back to sleep, Silly girl, When you give her the bottle both her arms go out, She only holds the bottle when we make her. She loves her bed. She's a little cat napper, she takes 3 naps . We are all trying to get her to crawl. All my other babies were crawling by 7 months or walking by 10 mos. She's taking her sweet time. Just now, she has this thing with men. She not so sure of them. Whats sad is that she wont take food from David, but only on her good days. She's totally a momma's girl. We are love her.

It's been nice to have family close by and to share holidays and special events with each. We have seems Debbie and the family almost every month So far. We are only 7 hours away. The kids are excited to be them again. We are excited to have family come in visit next month and go to Winter Quarters, and see all the beautiful sites.

I hope you enjoyed our fun at the Westovers Home..

Things we have learned

In Jefferson City, Missouri

1. Jefferson city is usually known by JC. or Jeff.

2. Jeff. Is a Lot like the Northwest.

3. We definetly have Four seasons. The Fall is going to be amazing, since most of all the trees here are deciduous, they are full of leaves and will be quite lovely with the change of seasons. Unfortunately we will also have to rake them all up. I'm sure the kids will enjoy them . . Bring on the PILES.

4. Jeff has lots and lots of squirrels and rabbits just running and playing in everyones yard. Also the kids have found Brown, King and Water snakes in the creeks . Michael wanted to keep one for his pet, but David would have none of that.

5. The kids are excited to have cozy carpet again.

6. The day we moved in we had to dig-out the winter clothes. We were welcomed by snow and freezing tempertures.

7. Unlike Florida, we dont have to keep everything locked. (Cars, houses and Garages.etc.) Yes we are back to our old ways, the keys are left in the cars and the doors and windows are unlocked. We feel very safe here and have great neighbors.

8. Just in a few hours of moving here we had some neighorhood kids help us unpack the truck and was given some yummy brownies from the other neighbors the next day. You were lucky to see or even know your neighbors in Florida. It's great to have good neighbors.

9. Homework: Well there's rarely any. It's been so nice, since we were used to hours and hours and hours of Homework. We have more family time now.

10. The people here don't look at us as wierd or crazy for having LOTS of children. People here also have big families.

11. The peole here are so friendly it's hard to get in and out of a store fast. People just like to say Hello and just want to meet all of the kids.

13. When we enrolled the kids for school. We didnt have to wait FOREVER and they let the kids attend, even when they didn't have all the information. The schools are great and the staff are so friendly and easy to work with.

14. We have notice that that there is lot of people that like to smoke. They can smoke anywhere they want. The city is trying to pass a law that prohibits smoking in public places.

15. We have enjoyed Jefferson City so far, But as for me I still dont' know my way around as well as I did in Florida.
